Spring Styles Haul – Ann Taylor

I’ve started to wonder if Spring fashion has me more excited than Fall (isn’t Fall everyone’s favorite?!  It has always been mine).  Or perhaps is just all the beautiful pieces that are available for Spring!?!

Whatever the case, I’m loving way too much stuff right now (from different stores). And when you get an email about everything on sale….well, it’s almost stupid how excited I get (who doesn’t look a good sale).

You all know I love Ann Taylor. They carry classic pieces but also trendy pieces that aren’t tacky. They still have some sophistication to them.

(updated: this sale has ended)

(you can find some AT fitting room snapshots here, many pieces still available).

I’m going to start with a few pieces I purchased/own. Like the cold shoulder sweater from this post, now only $15.

Next up is this oversized button down which I’ve had for a couple of years now and it is still available.

Oversized Shirt in XS  – updated version here (I think the only difference is the back shirt tail…it’s straight across)

Another piece I have, from last year, is this lace dress. While I’ve worn it a few times since I purchased it, I don’t think I ever took pictures.

This year’s version looks almost identical to last years.

Lace Dress

Fringe Trim Blouse – very sheer, requires a cami underneath (which I don’t mind at all).

I love the way it looks and feels. It falls so nicely! I’ve already worn it with a pencil skirt but didn’t get to take pictures, yet. I also got the black pumps in this picture.

And here is a regret – not getting these pants! By the time I went online to order them my size sold out. Went to the store and these ones I tried on sold too. Still mad at myself for not purchasing them right away.

There is similar version of this blouse but with Scallop Trim (kinda want it too).

So adorable! I think the same is same as the flutter sleep top from these fitting room snaps.

Floral Pintucked Flutter sleeve top

Silk scarf – love, love, love!  Super cute tied on a bag too…around the handle on a bigger bag or in a bow (which I currently have on one of my bigger bags).

In love with this one too (you can see the print better on AT site). I can’t decide which one I love more! But at 50% off I ordered both.

Silk Scarf

I’ve had my eye on these since they first came out. They come in 7 colors!  I tried them on back in February. I think I’m giving up on trying to talk myself out of getting them. lol

Ended up ordering them in blush pink “Paloma” as I don’t own any sandals in that color.

Bow Sandals

I came across this cardigan that looks almost identical to last years version below (this years is wool blend where as last years was linen blend).

Ruffle Cuff Sweater – I have it in gray (in size Small), glad to see they brought it back in more colors.

LOVE this peplum sweater! They’re so flattering and cover the problem area 😉  Don’t know which size would fit better, so I ordered both XS and Small. I’ll keep you posted on which one fits better once it arrives.

Spring has always been my favourite, autumn is fine but I love the lighter brighter colours of spring. Autumn is just the gateway to winter, bleugh.

I love the little scarves! I think they're different enough, that you could get both 🙈I also love the poplin top she's wearing with the top scarf, I looked for it online, looks like a bateau poplin top, super cute!
