This outfit easily goes from day to night. Wear it with a pair of sneakers (Converse, my favorite) for errands and quick change to a pair of fab heels takes you from day to evening/night.
My favorite types of outfits are, still, a good pair of jeans and a tee/tank.
Citizens of Humanity are in my top three favorite denim brands, with Mother denim being favorite, currently. To me COH and Mother denim are pretty similar. Most are super soft, don’t stretch out and are flattering. Definitely on the pricey side but worth it.
I’ve heard good things about DL1961 jeans….have any of you tried the brand??

I’ve been on the hunt for a good pair of black skinny jeans (come Fall/cooler weather I wear black skinnes a lot). I have two pairs of high waisted black jeans, love both, but wanted a mid rise pair. These got good reviews so I’ll keep you posted on them.
I love racer back tanks. When my hubby saw this one he asked “don’t you already have one like that” (he’s way too observant lol). Similar, not the same

I have a pair of DL1961 and they're great. The fit is really good but my only problem is the inseam length. I'm 5'7" and the shortest pair of boot cut jeans are far too long. I can only wear them with 4" heels or take my chances with hemming them. I'm afraid hemming will ruin them.
Thank you for sharing that! It seems like a lot of designer jeans are too long (like Mother denim, unless I get cropped, which is the perfect length, I have to cuff them). It would be great if they offered more inseam options.
I clearly waited way too long to buy this tank, it's sold out online, found it at Nordstrom today in a medium (am normally XS) and it was ok! Just a bit loose at the hem. Just glad to have gotten it!
I think it runs small. I got size small (I'm usually xs too) and I feel like I could have used Medium (but as long as I"m not overly bloated Small is ok lol)
