For once in my life I’m looking forward to rain…haha. I’ve been LOVING this anorak (gets great reviews too). The price is on point. And its chic!
And the fact that I don’t need to carry an umbrella (always have one or two in my car anyway). The hoodie is plenty big to cover the tresses from the rain.
This anorak is slightly oversized, that’s the style, so I went with my usual size – xs. I just find it to be very chic. And for some reason I love pairing it with black sweaters especially.
Once I wore this anorak with a all black outfit and my sister told me “your outfit looks like you’re part of a cult” lol
And these matte chelsea rain boots, that I’ve been wanting for years but for some reason didn’t get until now, are amazing. So between the anorak and these short rain boots I’m all for a rainy day haha.
Anorak: Everlane (in xs) | Turtleneck: Ann Taylor – on sale + extra 50% off (comes in more colors) | Jeans: J.Crew – 25% off, same style in different wash | Rain Booties: J.Crew – on sale! | Bag: Rebecca Minkoff (select colors on sale), in love with this color
Wishing you a great day!
I love how you styled the parka jacket!xx from Bavaria/Germany, Renawww.dressedwithsoul.com
are the rain boots comfortable to walk in? they are so cute!
I personally find them very comfotable
That is a perfect parka jacket for sure!https://lartoffashion.com
you are DARLING! Do you know when I wear something you've recommended I get TONS of compliments? Can you speak on if tall boots (not over the knee boots) are still in Style? I wear them and see them on other women and they seem off? What do you think? Thanks so much! Jennifer
Your comments always make my day, Thank You!!! I personally think a good pair of riding boots will always be in style. I wear mine (my old Tory Burch ones) regularly (not sure how they never make it on the blog?!) and recently I got a black pair I mentioned a few posts back. I think it depends how one styles them. Personally, I don't like seeing baggy jeans worn with riding boots (it looks the best/more polished if jeans are tight on the knees and not stretched out). Worn with skinny jeans, leggings or skirts I think it looks great. Hope this makes sense
Thanks Lilly – I'm glad I make your day – YOU MAKE MINE. Thanks for your response. One other question. I love the GUCCI belt you wear all the time. Do you have another one that you love that is basic but can go with everything (like the GUCCI one) but is under 100$? Thanks again!
I really like this one I got from Gap last year I believe: http://bit.ly/2jsaBEH and I also have one (years old) that's similar to this one: http://bit.ly/2AB7BPn
