Essential Layers + Wardrobe Staples

It has been a minute since I’ve posted on my blog. This summer has been so busy and I can’t believe we’re almost half way through August already!

Some of my wardrobe staples are currently on sale, so if you’ve been eyeing any of these pieces it is a great time to snag them.

I’m very surprised to see this cable knit cardigan be included in the current promo. Last year it was part of a promo for a day before they excluded it. And it has not been part of any promotion until this one (they did just bring it back as it sold out last time so fast)! So if you’ve been wanting this cardigan – run. This cardigan, or as J.Crew calls it ‘sweater blazer’, is another old favorite. I first purchased it in black and after a year also bought it in gray. It is definitely a wardrobe staple for me. I have both in xs. I would say it runs tts but at the same time it is on the roomy size. You can easily size if you prefer it a tad more structured.
