When I put this outfit together and looked in the mirror – I liked it! So I wore it. But after I saw the pictures…for some reason I no longer liked it that much. Bottom line – the mirror lied to me. How dare she?!
Even though this look is a couple of weeks old by now, I decided to share. Mainly because I sort of started liking it.

Well, I guess that it can apply to ideas for outfits: 'If God allowed you to have the idea for an outfit, it's because you can pull it off'. I think it looks good on you! But I could never pull this off!

This exact thing happens to me from time to time – looks fine in the mirror but totally different in the pictures. And yes after a bit of time to get used to the idea, generally the pictures don't seem so bad after all
