Outfits lately…

Happy Tuesday!

Slowly getting over my cold so I wanted to share some outfits I recently wore.

Some of my favorite color combinations for summer – white + blue.

Hat are must-have for summer!  Below are some fab options…

I’m a sucker for a nice dress and this one is amazing! It’s 100% cotton, it has pockets, the belt is removable and it looks just as great without the belt. It comes in navy and slim stripes as well.  I’m wearing size 0 and it fits me tts. Everlane dress c/o   |  Slides  (go up 1/2 size)   |   Bag (old) – great option here and here

I’ve already talked about my slight obsession with these pants!  They’re so good! TTS.  I sized down in this top but you can seen in this post what my usual size, xs, looks like on. Top   |   Pants   |   Slides in Rose

You might have already seen this tee in white in this post.  This gray one is in size xs. It’s not tight but most of the time I prefer these type of tees even more roomier.  Also, as I’ve mentioned in this post, these jeans are soft and stretchy.  I think I could have sized down on these…maybe. Tee  |   Jeans  – really like these too   |  Slides

This outfit is quite different from the rest. It was a day before Summer officially started and it was 56 degrees outside and raining! So wrong.  At least I got to wear my favorite anorak (it’s super light). I think they slightly changed it. Linking it below. Anorak in xs   |  Sweater in Small  |  Jeans tts  |  Loafers

Another pair of pants I’m in love with are these high-waisted straight leg pants. They come in move colors. Everlane Pants  c/0  |    Everlane Slides  c/o  |  Sweater (old) – similar here

For those of you that might be interested in a “quick” review on these slides above…

Now that I’ve had a chance to wear these slides for a while, I can give you more of a true opinion.  I was thinking how they compare comfort wise to my other favorite/most worn slides – which are my Zara ones from last year, new Mango ones which I’ve worn quite a bit since I got them and these bow slides that I’ve worn a ton last summer.

As I’ve mentioned in my previous posts, the upper leather is extremely soft. Which means there is no painful rubbing on your foot, even if you have wide feet and they need some stretching out, I don’t see how these can give you a blister.  These were immediate comfort for me, no need for stretching out. I got my normal size, 8.5, and my foot fits just right but at the same time I wish they were just an 1/2 inch longer. My heel does not go past the end of the slide, it’s just right at the end. I’d also recommend reading other reviews, there are quite a few.

I’ve noticed some reviews complain about no arch support.  I don’t think I have any slides that have arch support (they do exist, just most don’t have it)!  I’ve worn these for 6 hours straight the other day and I think they would be comfy for all day wear (unless you do have issue with your feet and really need that arch support). I have high arch and I find these comfortable.    Bottom line: these are buttery soft, comfortable for many hours of wear, pair with a lot. Available in more colors.  You’d love them!
