I meant to post my Winter Capsule Wardrobe back in December…but clearly forgot.
My winter capsule wardrobe has not changed much over the years. Having classic, quality pieces I love and reach for over and over again is the key. Not only is it easier to get dressed but a lot of these pieces transition between seasons, which means cost per wear is in pennies. While these pieces are not the only ones I wear, they are my key pieces and ones I reach for the most. I tend to gravitate mostly towards neutrals. I love wearing color when the mood strikes though.
While most of the items below are the exact ones I own, there are some that are no longer available (like most of my coats). In that case, I will link alternative options, ones I would purchase myself.
My most worn jeans have been these Paige jeans (fully stocked). They run tts and are very comfortable. I wear these year-around and more than I’d like to admit. Madewell vintage jeans are another pair I love (I cut off the fringe-y hem. TTS for me. They have over 270 reviews because they’re amazing). And then I wear different skinny jeans, one of them being these Everlane pair, which are also a favorite style.
The boots below are my most worn during winter. The Sorel boots I wear daily at some point, especially when I walk Pippa and Luna. They’re warm! I sized up a 1/2 size in the Sorel Boots, a 1/2 size in the Sam Edelman boots (to accommodate thicker socks when necessary, otherwise they’re tts) and my true size in the Madewell boots (they’re on the narrow side but stretch out after a few wears).

My favorite everyday bag is Chloe in Cashmere Gray. It has been a favorite for many years. A new addition that has been added to the heavy rotation is DeMellier bag in deep toffee, which I reviewed in this post.
You can find my winter outfits here if you need some inspiration.
